Sons of Amadi

A premium political-crime family drama set in contemporary Nigeria

The Story

Synopsis

Amadi built a kingdom out of power — not the kind that sits on thrones, but the kind that sits in boardrooms, courtrooms, and private rooms where decisions are made quietly. Seven sons grew under that shadow, each carrying a different interpretation of what it means to inherit a man like him.

When Amadi dies, the public mourns a legend. But inside the family, grief becomes a contest. Secrets surface. Alliances fracture. Old crimes return with new names. And as the brothers close ranks to protect the empire, they begin to understand the truth: their father did not leave them a legacy — he left them a weapon, and it demands a sacrifice.

At the centre is Ikemba — the youngest, the one the family never fully claimed. While the others scramble for control through politics, money, and intimidation, Ikemba plays a deeper game: he pulls threads, exposes lies, and forces each brother to face what he has become. As the state heats up with elections, blackmail, and blood-ties, the dynasty starts to collapse from the inside — not because enemies attacked it… but because the sons finally touched the foundation and realised it was built on rot.

Sons of Amadi is a political-crime family drama about inheritance, betrayal, and the brutal cost of legacy — where the greatest power is not taking a throne, but choosing how a dynasty ends.
